Swift Storage is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team on a casual basis, offering a competitive hourly rate of $35-$40 (inclusive Super). This work-from-home position is designed for individuals with over one year of customer care experience (either face to face or virtual) within the last two years.

The role focuses on handling all inbound communications, including emails, phone calls, and SMS, primarily during weekends and Mondays, ensuring prompt and effective customer assistance.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage all incoming emails, phone calls, and SMS, providing swift responses to customer enquiries, resolve customer issues, and assist new customers with general information regarding Swift Storage services.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and inquiries. Use of CRM systems and other tools effectively.
  • Escalate complex issues as required to ensure thorough and accurate customer support.
  • Adhere to key metrics such as average handling time, quality assurance, roster adherence, and customer feedback to maintain high service standards.


  • Availability is required on Saturdays to Mondays, with potential additional days during the week to cover holidays or as needed.
